Our Programs

Free Flo Fit offers community centered programs designed to support movement, strength, and overall well being. Our programming meets people where they are and creates accessible, welcoming spaces to move with intention, build confidence, and connect with others.

Through We Build, We Hike, We Walk, We Move, and We Heal, we provide a range of experiences that include trainer led workshops, guided outdoor movement, group fitness classes, and mental health and wellness programming. From strength and movement foundations to scenic hikes, neighborhood walks, and intentional healing spaces, each program is rooted in sustainability, inclusivity, and long term wellness.
