About Free Flo Fit

Free Flo Fit, co-founded by Shontia Whitehead and Adaeze Medani, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering BIPOC communities by making health and fitness more affordable, inclusive, and accessible. Through movement, nutrition, mental health awareness, and community engagement, we strive to foster a culture of well-being and holistic wellness for all.
