Classes

Free Flo Fit promotes healthy habits and an active lifestyle overall! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced in your fitness journey, this class is for YOU!

Our weekly Free Flo Fit workouts consist of a 60-minute class high-intensity interval training (HIIT). We host a variety of classes ranging from full body workouts, boxing, kickboxing, step aerobics and more. Be prepared to burn a high volume of calories DURING and AFTER the session.

Free Flo Fit believes in community. We invite BIPOC owned businesses to our fitness classes and events to sell their products. We also invite BIPOC fitness instructors to be a guest instructor at our classes and events.

Introducing our on demand monthly workout program! Workout with us any time, any place. Subscribers will receive a monthly calendar with a structured workout schedule that includes:

  • Follow along videos

  • Pre recorded dumbbell workout classes

  • Pre recorded Mobility classes

  • Modification movements

  • Specific workouts that target upper body, lower Body and core
