We Build
We Build is a trainer-led workshop series focused on building strength, proper form, and foundational movement patterns that support long-term progress. These sessions are not about quick fixes or one-time results, but about learning how to move safely, intentionally, and with confidence over time.
Participants are guided through foundational strength movements such as squats, deadlifts, push-ups, and pull-up progressions, with an emphasis on technique, body awareness, and sustainable strength-building. Each workshop is designed to help you understand how your body moves and how to build strength in a way that supports everyday life and continued growth.
All levels are welcome. Whether you are new to strength training, returning after time away, or looking to refine the basics, We Build meets you where you are and helps you create a strong foundation for future progress.
We Hike
We Hike offers guided, community-centered hikes on scenic trails throughout Washington State during the summer. These experiences are designed to reconnect movement with nature while creating welcoming, supportive spaces for community members to stay active and build meaningful connection.
Participants explore the region’s natural beauty together, with an emphasis on intentional pacing, awareness, and collective care. Each hike supports both physical and mental well-being, encouraging grounding, reflection, and confidence outdoors rather than speed or distance.
All levels are welcome. Whether you are new to hiking, returning to outdoor movement, or looking to build consistency in nature, We Hike meets you where you are and supports movement at your own pace.
We Walk

Participants engage in intentional walking experiences that center presence, conversation, and gentle movement. These walks highlight the physical and mental benefits of outdoor activity while fostering community and reducing barriers to participation.
All levels are welcome. Whether you are just beginning your wellness journey or looking for a supportive, approachable way to stay active, We Walk meets you where you are and offers an inviting entry point into movement.
