Classes

Free Flo Fit promotes healthy habits and an active lifestyle overall! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced in your fitness journey, this class is for YOU!

Our weekly Free Flo Fit workouts consist of a 60-minute class of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). We host a variety of classes ranging from full-body workouts, mobility, step aerobics, and more. Be prepared to burn a high volume of calories DURING and AFTER the session.

Hikes

Free Flo Fit offers group hikes on various trails throughout Washington state during the summertime. These guided hikes allow participants to explore the region's natural beauty while enjoying the benefits of outdoor exercise in a supportive group environment. 

Next in our hiking series, we will be hiking Twin Falls. The level for this hike is rated moderate and 2.4 miles roundtrip. This a good hike for beginners. We are collaborating with the Buffalo Soldiers of Seattle. A Northwest Forest Pass is required which you can purchase at the visitor center on-site or online and print for $5/car for the day.

 

We encourage you to bring snacks, and water. Please wear your Free Flo Fit shirt if you have one! We welcome all people including friends and family. We will meet at the parking lot near the entrance at 10:30am and plan to be on the trail no later than 11am. Music and good conversations will also be provided on this hike. 

 

We will create a Free Flo Fit hiking group chat on WhatsApp for those who rsvp for the hike and would like to coordinate carpooling.

We are in-person on Thursdays from 6:30PM-7:30PM PST. The classes take place at SpoonFed Training (2000 Benson Rd S #183, Renton, WA 98055). Click "Book Now-SpoonFed Classes" to register for class.
